I've loved living in my apartment! The location and unit itself are fantastic. I only have minor complaints about my experiences with maintenance.

The building has great potential but the work done to keep it up has been pretty poor. There's paint spattered over everything - the floor, counters, door handles, everywhere. There is only 2 heaters in the unit which costs over a hundred dollars a month for electric since they have to be on all the time. Seems like poor insulation too since it's drafty by the doors. Besides that though I think the place is great. I love the appliances, the size of the place and the location. I like the workout room as well

Brittany Peterson is my property manager, and she made moving in very painless: She told me, texted me, and sent me photos of exactly how to get into the building considering I was to arrive at midnight. She made sure all of my packages I'd ordered prior to my arrival were in my apartment. I would rate five stars in the exception that it was a hassle getting hot water in my apartment. I ultimately had to wait over three weeks after moving in order to take a shower and not shiver. Speaking with Ronnie about it was ineffectual, but I ultimately sorted the problem myself.

We enjoy living in our apartment at Laurelhurst. The only thing I would comment on is that when we’ve placed maintenance requests (2-3 in the past year), we find that the work doesn’t get acknowledged or completed for at least a week. Once, we reported hornets on our balcony, and were told the day before that pest control was coming by at 7am the next day. I would just suggest that communication be more effective and maybe send out emails or confirmations that maintenance has received the request. Thanks so much.

Wonderful experience! Olivia Erickson the property manager has been professional, accommodating and responsive throughout my lease. She has really gone above and beyond to make sure it’s been a great overall experience!
