I’m enjoying my tenancy at Villa Andora. The North Admiral Neighbourhood is fabulous and has great amenities and public transportation. The property is older but has undergone renovation and is quite comfortable. There are some minor issues that mostly are attended to when reported to management and of course multi family living is never going to be quite as private as single family. The current leasing manager Jami is very attentive to requests and needs

Still waiting on some maintenance orders to be completed, almost one month after moving in. I have appreciated that Ava has been very cooperative, though!

Most everything is great; however, the kitchen sink has extremely low water pressure and frequently refuses to drain. Water quality is not drinkable and requires supplemental filtration to be potable.

The property manager was extremely helpful especially with showing the apartment via video chat as I was moving from out of state. Has always been prompt and through when answering every single thing I have brought up (which is probably more than most people). Absolutely would do repeat business with the company and recommend them to my family and friends.

Olivia was great. Flexible on meeting times when showing me the unit and met me after work to hand over keys - which is always nice because lunch hours or other times during the work day is always so rushed. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and new, modern furniture in the lobby is a nice touch.

The portal has been great, and the response from requests have been quick.

I actually looked at geese apartments almost 30 years ago and they were nothing like they are now. I am so happy to be here the apartment is absolutely amazing the flooring in the living room and dining area is beautiful the accent walls are so nice. The Property Manager is wonderful all of my neighbors that I have met are friendly and welcoming. The Rent is reasonable for the property and on the much more affordable side given it is in Redmond.

Olivia the property manager has been just incredible to work with.

Brittany was fantastic. She responded to all communications for my appt and is doing an excellent job of getting 315 Maynard Ave S refurbished.
