I have been satisfied with your service to me, albeit with time constraints. I do note that the common area hallways and the elevator are dirty and need cleaning. A muddy footprint on the elevator threshold has been there for over two months. In addition, I was stopped by a refuse collector driver who said the trash was not appropriately segregated, something I personally know absolutely nothing about. The driver said they would "fine you." Driver would not give me his name. jgm

The main reason that I chose this place was Katie, she was so warm and welcoming :) Of course, the apartment is very nice and the Portal very easy to use(a little out of practice of renting)!

It's quiet, neat and nice apartment to live in. And also, the manager of the apartment is friendly and nice person. I am enjoying living here.

I continue to be extremely happy with my apartment and with Guide Property Services! The building I live in is updated and the grounds are lovely and taken care of. Anytime I have a maintenance request (which is not very often because all the appliances in the unit are new!) it is taken care of quickly. Thanks so much! I'm a very happy tenant!
