We just moved in to Apt 210 at your Villa Andora property and we're very happy thus far! The grounds are well kept, the landlord has been so helpful through the move-in process and we love the unit itself. Great neighborhood and looking forward to calling this home for some time.

I like how streamline and transparent the service is. As a tenant, I've dealt with Apartment Managers with NO accountability: not providing contact information, ignoring requests, etc. This portal provides accountability on both sides that makes me feel comfortable making maintenance requests.

Ava, our Property Manager, is extremely responsive and efficient. The quality of the building and property at Portage Bay Apartments is good. Our only major complaint is that the parking spaces in the back are not large enough to fit all the cars for the building. Beyond that, the hot water has a tendency to run out during peak usage times and the water pressure is sometimes much too strong. Overall, we have had a good experience renting this apartment from Guide.

Property upkeep lately has been great. The fountain has even been running!

Not everything was ready for me on move in. And also costs weren’t written out and shown to me like they should have been as had surprise costs when thought I had one month free.
