Replacing my previous Audi was a breeze. A very good tradin was given, option on the new car were clear and accurate. The sales service was first class and made us feel special. Handover and collection were seem less and on time. Our car was actually delivered a few weeks earlier than expected. Thank you Audi Guildford gave fantastic service from start to finish, 10/10

I made an enquiry about a vehicle that as available on the Audi Use Car Locator looking at distance buying. The sales executive from Guildford Audi was polite and professional yet not ‘pushy’ in his approach. This is important because pushy sales staff are very off putting in my opinion and can put a buyer off a dealership. He answered all questions and sent a video which was helpful. I decided not to purchase the particular car in the end and bought something different available from a different Audi dealer however in the search process Guildford Audi were very helpful and from this experience I would recommend them.

When booking on phone man said would take 2 hours even with booking MOT - it takes 3 hours with MOT, which I was told when I arrived by Alex. He was extremely helpful and informative.

Just in for a standard oil change which was done under my existing service plan.. Can in at 7:30 and was out at 9:00 - car was cleaned and ready to go in that time - great service..
