My car is a 2014 A5 Convertible £365 for an oil service is far too expensive for a car that is 8 years old. £1200 for brake pads and discs for a car that is 8 years old is too expensive. Audi used to offer discounts for customers with older cars which made it worthwhile returning the car to the dealership for servicing and repairs. At these prices I will be going elsewhere.

Yes - I brought my TT in for the engine cover recall. I had no idea that the cover would just be removed leaving a naked engine, which can't be good for it. Would have been much better to have coordinated when a replacement was available.

Smooth process from booking the service to collecting the car once the work was done. Online check in made for a much faster handover. Video/ email communication through the day was very clear. Courteous, professional interaction with everyone along the way.
