It works very well once a booking is made, I still find it better to talk to a person when making the booking. Service completed as agree at an agreed price. Check in and retrieval processes both worked well with very pleasant staff at GU

Already said everything Hi 👋, I've had good experience as always at Audi Guildford but the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I was a bit disappointed the 8 haven't received Audi cam video when oil is drained for my peace of mind as I had last year! Plus this is a good proof that oil has been changed for the customer! Also I've asked for a gearbox service quote and haven't received that so far , so I hope that next year things would be better as they were last year , and I hope that my Audi app would be updated with new service details, because so far it hasn't been and I did asked Jack for that! All the best
