It was good, on time. It's always difficult having not had seen the vehicle. So only 4 stars as the car different slightly to my expectations of a car prepped by a main dealer.

No issues booking or checking in - went as smooth as expected. Guildford Audi is the best dealer I've ever had for my car. This is my first Audi, and I'd buy another Audi just based on the customer service here from Rachel, Alex and the workshop. This alone keeps me loyal to Audi, so please keep your colleagues happy! On another note, I was amazed at the new breakfast selection available in the showroom while I waited! What a lovely touch! I had the porridge and tea and was made to feel so comfortable! I didn't think you could improve on your brilliance! Mercedes, BMW and Tesla have a lot to learn! Myself and my partner have been customers of all of the above and Guildford Audi is by far the best! And to be clear - Walton Audi is my local Audi dealer, and I've only been there once. Guildford is the quality dealer so I prefer to take the hit with traffic and travel to Guildford every time. Keep doing what you do - you're doing it very well!
