It was easy to do I was very pleased with the care that was taken over the problems with my car. My only problem was a lack of communication after my car had to be kept in for longer. From Monday afternoon until I telephoned on Wednesday afternoon . After I pointed this out Edward kept me updated.

Sales Executive, was absolutely excellent throughout, he couldn't have done more to help, but in the end, the trade in value was unacceptable in view of the pristine condition of our car. Also he was unable (due to Lookers policy) to make the small gesture of a full tank of fuel to be provided when the car is delivered.
