The health check video was very scant and an advisory for a tyre nearly 5mm when you can see I only do 7500 a year could potentially scare a less experienced person into buying one now instead of in say 4 - 6 months time

Service was exceptional from start to completion.

They don’t really know on the phones what is available and they didn’t tell me I needed to book a slot to stay and wait Edward was very good explaining everything. And service went well and in good time Just a shame generally Audi service like the drop off in Guildford has been taken away and refill of addblue which was mentioned to me as I could ask for that to be topped up before has also been taken away. Since Covid a lot of the added benefits to coming to Audi are being taken away - big shame

The sales representative, Jidu, was charming, did not over-sell and was very knowledgeable about the car and its specifications.

I put it on hold until April.

Used the booking in service which was fine but prefer to speak to someone when booking in - to discuss timings etc Firstly, almost impossible to hear the audicam service video, and Secondly a new fuel filter was advised which we had actually had fitted at the previous service!

Edward is the best ! Edward was amazing! He kept me informed all way through the process.

The Lady salesperson who spoke to me regarding the enquiry elley did her very best to satisfy my enquiry she was very competent regarding the car details it was only logistical that stopped me from buying your car
