I found the on line booking in system difficult to navigate or arrange a booking so I gave up and phoned the Guildford branch instead. I was automatically put through to the central booking team and was advised that the car needed a service costing £225. I booked the service date but when I arrived at the branch on the due date I was advised that the car needed a full service costing £300. Rather disappointing! I have found previously that the records held by the central booking team do not align with the branch histories. was kept informed of progress and video very useful

Harry was very thorough when going through the paperwork and when explaining the features of the car. He made sure we were happy with how to work certain features, and that any of our questions were answered. The covering and unveiling of the car made the presentation feel even more special!
