My car was written off and the insurance company gave me an offer the same day, as the third party took full responsibility. I therefore needed to quickly get another car as the courtesy car period was quite limited. I had tried local Audi dealers who had nothing that met my requirements and I was feeling very anxious. I then saw an advert for an Audi on Autotrader that met all my key requirements, it was being sold by Guildford Audi, 136 miles away, but was £2000 less than anything I'd seen locally and was actually the best car I had seen advertised. I dealt with Murray Syme, at Guildford Audi, he was the epitome of excellent service and efficiency. He understood the timing issue and did everything needed to get the car ready for me in 3 days - it had only just arrived on their forecourt for sale and had been sold by them to the previous owner, indicating they must had been happy with their service. I felt that reassured by Murray's integrity and professionalism and the fact that I was buying from a reputable dealership that I paid the bulk of the payment due for the car the day before travelling to test drive it, as I felt certain I would be taking it away on the day. I am very grateful as the car was beautiful and has been a pleasure to drive these last few weeks since I bought it. School runs are actually almost enjoyable as the car is so comfortable and has so many great features to explore as I sit in traffic! I definitely think it was well worth travelling far to get the car I wanted and not compromising as cars are such integral parts of our lives. Thanks again Murray for all your assistance. The handover was very smooth and professional. Jake collected me from the train station then had everything ready for when we got back to the dealership. Jake then went through al the features of the car with me and set everything up.
