My life it lived online so it was perfect for me very easy to follow and book. Also no waiting inline on the telephone. I was kept informed as to what was being done to my car including a short video and the car was delivered back to me cleaner than it has been since I bought it

Having used the service to book my car service, the call centre still didn’t think I had booked a service Had to ring a call centre In Glasgow to organise. Had to wait almost 5 hrs for the work to be done. Lift to town - we no longer do that, Courtesy Car - come back in 6 weeks, Pick up from home - we don’t cover your area
