Booking appointment was fine; check-in I started to do but had query about the price of something and the check-in says something along the lines of 'By signing this, you agree to any/all of the costs...' (Not quite correct, but that was meaning of the message) - and my query was about the costs. So I didn't check-in online - I think if you indicate you want to discuss costs - you should be able bypass that tick box. Just a good experience... arrived at 7.30am (when it actually wasn't open) but someone who was going into work told them I was there... Alex was really helpful... car initially failed the MOT, but they talked me through options and I'm glad to say it passed.

Good service all round lovely staff and nice area to sit and wait if you have too Only down side no biscuit left on the seat where previous car services else where you got a biscuit. But that’s me just being picky. Car washing was offered also
