Only one thing about the online check-in was less than crystal clear: the reference to "MOT" in the first line of "agreed work" - confusing enough that I had to call the dealership. Given I had to deal with a manufacturer recall (never welcome) the Lookers team dealt with all the associated work very well

Jake was amazing. His attention to details and making me absolutely satisfied was exceptional. I never saw the car before buying it and needed a few things to be sorted. He went to extra lengths and effort to sort it out.
