Excellent service from making the appointment, messages to remind me of booking, being kept informed by Rachel as service progressed and car washed and hoovered. Only reason not 5* is that unfortunately the inside of the rear screen, its surround and the floor of the boot area had somehow got wet and had not been dried before handover. Emailed Rachel, who apologized and said she had rushed the cleaners to get the car ready.
