Called the Glasgow office number as I had missed my call back previously ( as couldn’t get through to Guildford). Spoke to Shirley Fallon - she answered promptly and was very customer friendly and helpful and provided what I needed immediately.

It was easy to use from the link supplied and allowed me to complete the task. My consultant, Rachel, was friendly and approachable and explained what needed to be done and why and also what was included/excluded from the service contract.
