Great service - only downside is no courtesy vehicle and getting back from / to Guildford was very time consuming

I love my car. My new A3 is perfect. Dan was my salesman he was excellent. A lovely man who kept me informed and was just generally fab. Made me feel like I was important and he was always trying his best for me. Thank you Dan. I will be back in the future.

Had an excellent experience with Ellis. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and not pushy. Just the sort of salesperson I think the majority of people want to deal with. I wish more main dealer salespeople were like him.

Dan Deller is excellent and I always find him a pleasyer to deal with. Unfortunately, on this occasion Dan was not able to source a suitable car for my needs because the spec I needed, in the time-frame I gave was not possible. He did however, expend time and effort trying to get the best option for me. I will be back to deal with Dan for both mine and my partner's cars when we change.
