My experience with Guildford Audi was exemplary from start to finish. Both Mo and Ellis walked me through every step. I felt like I was buying a brand new car not just a used one, they made the experience extremely easy and I felt like I was the most important customer they had had.

I dealt with Dan Deller who has always been extremely helpful, listens to what I want and then puts forward options to enable me to achieve what I am looking for, as well as putting forward other useful ideas and suggestions. Dan provides feedback and updates on the progress of the application etc on dates and times as promised, without my ever having to follow up myself. Really to be commended.

Jidu was very helpful, communicative and facilitated an easy purchase for us. She ensured she was on top of everything despite being on holiday just before the handover.
