Alex successfully set up my AUDI app which was great as I’d struggled with it over the last 12 mths & had given up with it

I had wait around 20 minutes to be seen by an advisor. Unfortunately she didn't receive the message from the receptionist. She did apologise about the wait without me saying anything. Car was very well cleaned inside and out.

I cannot praise Jess (I think it was Jess, long blond hair on duty at 0730 on the 13th) and Alex enough - my carer had let me down and I had to leave 2 vulnerable adults at home by themselves - I explained the situation to Jess and was wondering whether I should rebook or if the service would take a long time - she said they would get it done as soon as possible for me so that I could get back home and true to her word, the car was serviced as quickly as possible. It made such a huge difference and relieved me of a huge amount of stress. Both Jess and Alex are a credit to your company, amazing empathy and customer service.

After a difficult start with communication to make a repair that in my opinion shouldn’t be required on a four year old car., the service was very good and Nick dealt with the matter very professionally.
