Stephen Feaver was excellent throughout, and communicated was great - maybe needing some extra effort as it was all remote as I was out of the country for most of the process, but was kept well informed and up to date at all times. A perfect example of remote customer service.

An excellent experience, as it was a gearbox service I was offered a replacement car with out needing ask. I got a TT, always wanted one, never driven one, so have now had a test drive, so perfect. All the team I dealt with were polite, professional and friendly.
