The central booking system was fine with friendly staff but local communication before and on the day was really slow and lacking. The service plan form was confusing ( no mention of it being a 2 year plan). Asked for an update on MOT but didn’t bid until later in the day.

The dealership were excellent - I found the booking process via the call centre a bit challenging (eg they seemed a bit confused about whether a courtesy car was available on specific dates when my wife spoke to them)
