I had a call from Guildford Audi and booked in the service. Later I had another call because the computer system had prompted it and at time of service I received emails asking me to book in again online. The tech is not in sync. The colleagues were more accurate than the system.

I would definitely recommend Nick and Rachel from audi guildford service department. They always do their best to make their customers satisfied. Very professional and customer focused. I am very glad that I have been able to collaborate with them.

The Salesperson I interacted with was proactive, engaging and professional. We originally came to the dealership to browse but Jidu Ravi was immediately attentive and helpful in a way that contrasted sharply with the other dealerships we visited that day, being Jaguar and VW.

The sales person I dealt with, Ellis couldn’t have done more for me in regards customer service. He was very prompt in replying to my questions and went through all the related FSA details. He offered me options for the care of the vehicle. Overall a great job by Ellis

Service is great but a couple of boggling points as follows - address for me is incorrect and have been advised a couple of times without being rectified - should be 1 Great Barn Crescent rather than 8 Great Barn Crescent and as car was re-set I now need to set up key holders again although having issues regarding key number - thanks John
