It would be good to see the Q6 when you have one.

Unsure as to why I was only offered a new cam belt this year instead of in 2020 when the car was 5 years old, as recommended by service schedule. Would also like my service record to include service done in 2020 as this has been omitted in 2021 and 2022. Grateful if someone could look into this.
