Unfortunately, I did not visit your premises but my car was collected by your driver from my home and in doing so, he reversed into a tree at the end of my drive and my car now needs to come back into your repairers for body work damage to be rectified.

I have twice asked to test drive an E-tron as my loan car when my Q5 is serviced, and have not received a reply. Buying the Q5 was a good experience, but not the follow up sales conversation.
