Excellent from start to finish

I was very impressed by one of your sales rep. and his name is Dan Deller. He was very professional and extremely kind, so all I recevied at the shop was excellent hospitaltiy and lots of helpful knowledge.

I was really happy with the service and my experience, thank you. The team operate a well oiled machine! The only downside for me was responsiveness to emails; I did not receive acknowledgement or replies, even when I had paid over the monies for the car which I feel, when making a large transaction like that is important. This would not stop me from recommending Lookers to anyone, as I already have!

I would definitely recommend this branch. Outstanding customer service from Ellis! From the initial enquiry to picking up the vehicle, he just made everything so easy. He kept me informed of the progress of the order, and couldn’t do enough to help. Not your normal pushy sales guy at all, he was so friendly and polite and was fantastic with my 2 year old who accompanied me, definitely an asset to the Guildford team and worth more than the 5 stars google will allow me to give! I will not hesitate to go back when we next upgrade! This is our second Audi and the car is amazing! Previously had a Q3 and now got the Q5. Lovely to drive, controls are easy to use and the app is a really good addition. Fits our requirements completely and couldn’t be happier.

I was overwhelmed with the service and prompt communication, the experience was above and beyond expectations. I had previously had bought a 60k Land Rover and frankly found the customer service appalling so this was a breath of fresh air for me , so glad I changed to the Audi brand . Dan the sales person 100% well done.

I asked for a follow up call from the Sales team to know how much we could expect as a part exchange for our vehicle if we were to buy a similar, but newer model now (1-2 years old max). We did not receive a follow up call however and I am still waiting. This call will enable us to decide whether to go ahead with some of the recommended repairs.

The purchase of the car was over the internet did not visit dealership the salesman david turner did his utmost to highlight any points on my video presentation and i was very pleased with the car on delivery it was nice to see it being delivered on a covered transporter I received a follow up call to make sure all was ok overall very pleased with how my purchase was handled and how the car was presented Thanks to david wished we could have met nothing takes the place of a good handshake Many thanks Stephen palmer
