Well was interested in a car but never got the video of that car , yes I did receive phone calls that I could not answer as I work nights so sleeping during the day ,Best day was a MondayCheers anyway

4 star review, sales rep who dealt with the purchase, He was really helpful and provisional. Transferred £21,500, whilst trying to sort the V5 document and I was left at the sales desk. Walked around the show room and looked at the merchandise. Eventually the individual came back and they had the wrong V5 document for the vehicle. Purchased the vehicle 13.11 and he still has no transfer of ownership, the cust has called today and they still dont have the document.

Despite numerous email confirmations of my appointment, when I arrived there was no record of it, and the car I had enquired about had already been sold — without any courtesy phone call to let me know. I had travelled an hour specifically to view the vehicle, so it was disappointing not to be informed or advised to place a deposit to secure it. The whole experience felt poorly handled, and it left me questioning whether the sale was genuine given how it was managed.

This is a tricky one to score as it was both very good and underwhelming.Underwhelming - Despite having booked a test drive and the receptionist trying not to let on, it was apparent that we were not expected.Very good - Harry was very good at resolving the issue, and was very knowledgable when discussing vehicle options with him on our return.
