Second car purchased with Audi and again what an outstanding service.Dan Deller made the whole process, smooth, stress free, making the buying experience even more enjoyable. Dan is very knowledgeable in the industry and Audi products/services. Explained all the terms and conditions and made sure I had no doubts. I felt he had my best interests in mind. Found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape , achieve a lil under my budget with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail all the way up to the handover. Working with Dan was an absolute pleasure! 10/10 to Dan and Audi.

The experience was lovely and we felt very cared for. I was slightly concerned when we reviewed the service video when we returned home as we were told in person that the tyres were fine to drive on but the video suggested as they had a 'red' rating that we should be changing them.

Questions 4 & 5 of the survey need a third option of ‘not applicable’ as I made an online enquiry as I am some distance away from the dealership. Unfortunately the car I was interested in was sold to another buyer.

Both Nick and Alex gave outstanding customer service.Alex went out of his way to sort a new tyre for me to be fitted which wasn’t available in the garage and Nick with courteous and professional service including walking me to my car in the rain!
