I did receive a video on the condition of my vehicle but found it was rushed and not asOf the same quality as I’ve received previously.When looking through my paperwork the next day , I found my MOT certificate to have incorrect mileage recoded on it. It was 1999 miles over the recoded mileage on my invoice. If I hadn’t noticed this it could have been problematic at some stage for me. I didn’t get a call back telling me it was being dealt with.

I had a fantastic experience at Audi Guildford 😎... my car was described to me as it was ,everything perfect 🥰! They didn't offer me a service plan because my Audi A5 come with 2 free services from Audi and I find that amazing! Bradley was amazing , Professional and well spoken!What else I like to add for the future: I would like the team to give more info about maps updates when you purchase a vehicle!Overall all experience 5*

Don't change the speed indicator on the dashboard panel, at least on my car, as it is easy to read and a quick way to know when to slow down if you suddenly spot a camera. At present you have re-set mine to 40 with a symbol I don't know what it means and forgot to ask.
