I was not sent a pre-booking form prior to the day or confirmation of the booking so it was clear a service and mot had been booked. The service is great but thought I should raise the two above as room for improvement.

Matt Stow was really helpful, had a good knowledge of Audi’s and met all the needs that I had. Bought cars from Audi and Mercedes before but this was by far my best experience.
