Got text saying vehicle would be collected between 830 and 11 - driver arrived at 8am while I was still getting ready. She said the text messages were showing old data. Car was not returned same day, and in fact came back late afternoon on the following day, despite the fact that no additional work was required compared to what had been booked.

I had a call from Guildford Audi and booked in the service. Later I had another call because the computer system had prompted it and at time of service I received emails asking me to book in again online. The tech is not in sync. The colleagues were more accurate than the system.
