I have had several Audi cars purchased via Guildford Audi on PCP plans over a period of years. I am notifying you that I was mis-sold in each case. I hereby want record my complaint and, without prejudice to all my rights and remedies under all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, I hereby claim compensation from you in respect of all vehicles.

Booked my car in for a service as I’m on service plan on the 22nd September and was contact on the 20th to be told it was not covered. Then I received a email to tell me that my car was due its service. So I booked it in for the 1st November , then was call by Audi Guildford to be told it was not on a fixed plan but a Flexi plan. I spoke to Lookers head office who told me it was on a fixed plan. I was then called at 1720 on a Friday to tell me that it was not covered. I have now lost out on two days wages!

Cust has called on numerous occasions to get his vehicle booked in for a service and has been quoted £885.00 for a major service, Holly Clarke quoted this cost. The cust wants this price locked in as he has a breakdown from the advisor of what that should be. He has waited for call backs but nothing has happened.

HiJust wanted to send an email in for someone to pass on a well done an thank you to Jack Webb-Mundy at Guildford Audi that dealt with my Audi Tts mot an service this week, people are quick to moan etc but slow to praise so thought Id email in..Up until this year have always been lucky enough to be able to use a friends car garage and not had the hassle of finding a trustworthy and decent place to look after my cars, but now my friend has sold his garage Ive had to find somewhere.. and using Guildford Audi has not disapointed the level of customer service from Jack was fantastic, from dropping car off, being kept upto date and then pick up, and then arranging a mot re test at short notice...I purchased car from Audi leicester of which their level of aftersales customer service was shocking and put me off Audi, but Jack an Guildford Audi have restored my faith in Audi service departments... and helped me choose to sign up for a service planAnd to ever cleaned my car... its was spotless when picked up so big thanks to them as well....

I booked my car in for recall 69R7 on 4th September. The passenger airbag was replaced. However, there are two problems with my car following the recall work. The main problem is that electrical cables were left dangling into the passenger footwell following the work. I have tried to reposition these cables but they keep dropping back into the footwell. I believe this is due to a second problem which is a missing piece of body work in the passenger footwell which prevents the cables dropping down. This was not a problem prior to the recall work and I believe the bodywork was removed with the glove compartment, but not replaced and is missing. I'm very annoyed with this outcome from the work performed by Audi Guildford. I would like a capable service engineer to review this problem and resolve it at Audi Guildford's expense.
