I have twice asked to test drive an E-tron as my loan car when my Q5 is serviced, and have not received a reply. Buying the Q5 was a good experience, but not the follow up sales conversation.

I was really happy with the service and my experience, thank you. The team operate a well oiled machine! The only downside for me was responsiveness to emails; I did not receive acknowledgement or replies, even when I had paid over the monies for the car which I feel, when making a large transaction like that is important. This would not stop me from recommending Lookers to anyone, as I already have!

I would definitely recommend this branch. Outstanding customer service from Ellis! From the initial enquiry to picking up the vehicle, he just made everything so easy. He kept me informed of the progress of the order, and couldn’t do enough to help. Not your normal pushy sales guy at all, he was so friendly and polite and was fantastic with my 2 year old who accompanied me, definitely an asset to the Guildford team and worth more than the 5 stars google will allow me to give! I will not hesitate to go back when we next upgrade!This is our second Audi and the car is amazing! Previously had a Q3 and now got the Q5. Lovely to drive, controls are easy to use and the app is a really good addition. Fits our requirements completely and couldn’t be happier.
