I was overwhelmed with the service and prompt communication, the experience was above and beyond expectations. I asked for a follow up call from the Sales team to know how much we could expect as a part exchange for our vehicle if we were to buy a similar, but newer model now (1-2 years old max). We did not receive a follow up call however and I am still waiting. This call will enable us to decide whether to go ahead with some of the recommended repairs.

I had a very good experience with the purchase of my vehicle and with David Taylor throughout. I was kept informed of the progress of delivery. The only negative comment I have to make is the issue I had with verification of my identity using the Scrive system. It failed twice and I had to attend the dealership to ‘ wet sign ‘ documents. Picking up and dropping back was perfect, no problem whatsoever. However i have received nothing concerning what the problem was and what needed to be done. The problem seems to have gone, but it would be nice to receive some info about it.
