Replacing my previous Audi was a breeze. A very good tradin was given, option on the new car were clear and accurate. The sales service was first class and made us feel special. I made an enquiry about a vehicle that as available on the Audi Use Car Locator looking at distance buying. The sales executive from Guildford Audi was polite and professional yet not ‘pushy’ in his approach. This is important because pushy sales staff are very off putting in my opinion and can put a buyer off a dealership. He answered all questions and sent a video which was helpful. I decided not to purchase the particular car in the end and bought something different available from a different Audi dealer however in the search process Guildford Audi were very helpful and from this experience I would recommend them.

When booking on phone man said would take 2 hours even with booking MOT - it takes 3 hours with MOT, which I was told when I arrived by Alex. He was extremely helpful and informative.

Rachel and Jess are brilliant, can’t speak highly enough of them. They are pretty much the reason we are still Guildford Audi customers. (And David Taylor… who is a legend!!)

Just in for a standard oil change which was done under my existing service plan..Can in at 7:30 and was out at 9:00 - car was cleaned and ready to go in that time - great service..

Initially I enquired about a new vehicle already in the knowledge that Audi vehicles are still in terribly shot supply so I drifted off and discussed a nearly new vehicle the vehicles is an Audi TTS was around 3 or 4 months old and once Paul Harrup got involved with my enquiry he eventually dug into the history of the vehicle so being more than one owner in such a short time it compleatly put me off buying it ,first a retail customer then an auction house and then a further retail customer now up for sale at your Teeside branch .I don't think I'm being unreasonable rejecting a vehicle with such a checkered history ,I'm fully aware that I'm quite nervous of trying to purchase a new small zoomy car but it's such a lot of money I really don't want to buy a mistake vehicle and regret it , I have looked at the possibility of an Audi S3 but I really favour the Vorsprung model due to the fact it has Matrix headlights .Paul Harrup spent quite some time trying to help me source the correct vehicle and I was very greatful for his professional input,he did offer me a new S3 but I found it to be in a very awkward colour I'm aware it's a rare colour but not for me ,however I still haven't found a new car as yet but to be honest it's now taken a back seat in my mind as I feel it was getting far too difficult to bother with ,the car will be a treat and not a have to have ,kind regards Ian McLaren
