I made an enquiry about a vehicle that as available on the Audi Use Car Locator looking at distance buying. The sales executive from Guildford Audi was polite and professional yet not ‘pushy’ in his approach. This is important because pushy sales staff are very off putting in my opinion and can put a buyer off a dealership. He answered all questions and sent a video which was helpful. I decided not to purchase the particular car in the end and bought something different available from a different Audi dealer however in the search process Guildford Audi were very helpful and from this experience I would recommend them.

When booking on phone man said would take 2 hours even with booking MOT - it takes 3 hours with MOT, which I was told when I arrived by Alex. He was extremely helpful and informative.
