We were very impressed with the service. We hadn’t booked an appointment but the guy on reception was lovely and found someone to help us. Jidu was very professional and helped us find the right car for us. She went through all the options and answered all our questions. Throughout the whole purchase she kept us up to date and often replied to us in the evenings showing how dedicated she was. Best dealership I’ve been to in over 20 years

My car is a 2014 A5 Convertible£365 for an oil service is far too expensive for a car that is 8 years old.£1200 for brake pads and discs for a car that is 8 years old is too expensive.Audi used to offer discounts for customers with older cars which made it worthwhile returning the car to the dealership for servicing and repairs.At these prices I will be going elsewhere.
