Yes - I brought my TT in for the engine cover recall. I had no idea that the cover would just be removed leaving a naked engine, which can't be good for it. Would have been much better to have coordinated when a replacement was available.

Smooth process from booking the service to collecting the car once the work was done. Online check in made for a much faster handover. Video/ email communication through the day was very clear. Courteous, professional interaction with everyone along the way.
