The car has a small dent in the passenger door but this wasn’t pointed out to me and I didn’t know it was there

Had issues with the valeting, as something appeared to have leaked, making our belongings wet and causing a horrendous smell over the coming fortnight. The dealership (Jidu) were happy to help however and dealt with it quickly. Apart from this, we’re really happy with the car :)

I have been buying my cars from Mo and Ellis since they were at Crawley and moved with them to Guildford. We were very impressed with the service. We hadn’t booked an appointment but the guy on reception was lovely and found someone to help us. Jidu was very professional and helped us find the right car for us. She went through all the options and answered all our questions. Throughout the whole purchase she kept us up to date and often replied to us in the evenings showing how dedicated she was.
