I was very impressed by the way in which my inquiry was handled from first to last. There was no annoying overt pressure but sales focus was maintained at all time. This was in contrast to my experience at Mercedes, Jaguar and BMW all of which I've previously owned.

I had great difficulty in entering details into the Audi App which accepted my email address but not password or the vehicle code which was entered 10 times and is now void.Have explained to Bethany and will have to come to Guildford for assistance.

My visit was purely for software update. I have been waiting the whole year to sort out problem with the SOS and MMI system reinstalling a few time during every journey. The previous updates never worked.Now on this visit these have been completed as promised and I can finally enjoy driving my car.Thank you so much
