Stephen Feaver was excellentI asked him to keep us informed of any vehicles which come into upbringing network and he followed through twice over the following month. My expectations were low based on prior experience at main dealers but he surpassed them by a mile. He was great

Ellis was amazing and went above and beyond for us when we were buying our Q3. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him to anyone else. We upgraded from an A3 and won’t buy another brand of car due to the customer service from Audi!

I was very impressed by the way in which my inquiry was handled from first to last. There was no annoying overt pressure but sales focus was maintained at all time. This was in contrast to my experience at Mercedes, Jaguar and BMW all of which I've previously owned.

I had great difficulty in entering details into the Audi App which accepted my email address but not password or the vehicle code which was entered 10 times and is now void.Have explained to Bethany and will have to come to Guildford for assistance.
