Ensure that any vehicle prior to handover has been reviewed with a member of managementIssues with how the vehicle had been valeted should have meant that it was looked at again before the customer saw the carThis was a £64000 purchase and had David Taylor not responded in the right way I would not have accepted the car and called the deal off

very pleased with dan ,came over very well and guided me through the whole process.excellent service.since buying have noticed few scratches to paint work and window screen but car was arranged to be picked up today and hopefully these will be sorted,as long as this is so ,very pleased and would recommend guildford audi.
