When I took my vehicle in I was asked if I would like it cleaned (complimentary) and I said yes please. When I collected the car and was given the paperwork it stated this had been done. However, as I and the service lady noted it had not been cleaned. Although she offered to have it cleaned if I went back sometime this would mean more of my time taken up plus additional fuel. I sure it was a genuine mistake but as this was my first encounter I was not totally satisfied.

Sent a message regarding two cars I had seen on line (also messaged another Audi dealer 10 minutes from where I live) Ellis got in touch with me and was extremely helpful and professional, got me a PX figure on my car very promptly and finance figures soon after. We did the deal the same day and I now am enjoying my new car - I am still waiting to hear from my local dealer ! Well done guys and thank you to Ellis.

Very pleased with Lookers Guildford. Disappointed that Glasgow didn’t service the car before my purchase- it was last service in October 2021 and purchased in February 2022. The service records were also confusing with it appearing American dates were used or Glasgow we’re trying to mislead with regard to registration dates etc.
