Firstly I would like to the thank the main man Tony Bennet for the excellent customer service he provided for us and the patience which he allowed us. He helped us through everything and made sure we completed everything before picking up the car, plus it was a very nice experience travelling to you guys. The staff also came to us and asked us if we needed anything whilst we were waiting. They asked us for a cup of tea or coffee but I was more excited to see the car which was under the sheet. Amazing customer service by the audi guilford team and I will definitely be coming back to you guys for my next car also, and a massive thank you once again to Tony.
