Nothing was too much trouble and he was in constant contact with me if i needed it . I was a bit of a nightmare but nothing was a problem . Even coming in on his day off …. I have already done a review via text. Wouldn't just one do OK?I was very pleased with the way this service went, but it was provided free of charge in view of the experience last year.This year's one went very well and the experience was good.

I will have to return for 2 further jobs. Spares were not available for either, 1 is understandable, the other was simply wiper blades. I assume it is the global supply chain issue.

The wait for a tyre swap and health check was a little long, but the customer area allowed me to work so not a big problem.

Quick, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Sales service was excellent, very customer focussed and friendly. However, the aftersales service from the service department has been abysmal following a highlighted fault being shown on the instrument panel. They have been asked to call us several times and to date we have had no contact. This is disappointing after the initial very good sales service.

As usual, a first class experience. Completely satisfied with the service provided and truly lives up to the Audi reputation.
