I have rated 5 above because Rachael Adams in the service team is focussed on customer satisfaction rather than the Lookers corporate view of wanting people to go through the centralised booking process. Also I am disapppinted at the chipping away of the "niceties" of the Audi experience, such as free collection and delivery of vehicle... I have been an Audi customer for many years and it seems that there are no longer any real USP's to differentiate

HiTo the management at Audi lookers . I’d just like to write a quick email about the service I’ve received at your Guildford branch by the lovely Stephen. Nothing was too much trouble and he was in constant contact with me if i needed it . I was a bit of a nightmare but nothing was a problem . Even coming in on his day off …. What an exemplary employee you have . Absolute star !!!I’ll definitely recommend you and return our business . People are too quick to moan but it’s also much better to commend people …Thanks again ! I will have to return for 2 further jobs. Spares were not available for either, 1 is understandable, the other was simply wiper blades. I assume it is the global supply chain issue.

The wait for a tyre swap and health check was a little long, but the customer area allowed me to work so not a big problem.
