Brad was really good and the service he provided

Were unable to fix issue with tow bar and this week my screen wash ran out despite not using the car since the service- so I wonder what else was missed?

The service we received from your sales person (Bethany Richardson) was utterly impeccable. During what is a tough time for everyone with limited contact etc. Beth went above and beyond to facilitate any questions and requests we had. We were undecided between vehicles and Beth took the time to show us both, explain things fully and really address our concerns and queries fully.We love our new car and would not hesitate in referring friends and family not only to Guildford Audi but more specifically to Beth.Finally I would like to call out that no service plan was offered as one is not available for the model we purchased but this was fully explained (this was not a negative answer)RegardsMartyn

Ellis was great and treated me like a valued individual at all times, I never felt like a 'sale' or just another customer.Even after I collected the car, I was still able to chat about anything that has made me feel like the dealership valued me rather than just wanted to get a sale/commission.
