Informative no pressure selling which we liked and very honest with there approach. The car was presented very well when on the forecourt lots of others places we looked and the cars were not fully valeted and that made a big difference from start to finish we feel like the brand your sales consultant all very much cared about the product you are selling. On collection they car was immaculate and again went through what we needed! We love our car and loved buying a car through you!

I originally contacted the dealership in search of a newer pre-owned vehicle, with a few more features than my existing, recent model. The salesman was courteous and helpful, ultimately offering a very competitive deal on a new car that would provide the spec I wanted. The process was well managed, with good exchange of information and updates during the build. The vehicle handover was very special, too. After my excellent experience with Audi Guildford, I'm happy to give the dealership the highest recommendation.

Quick simple service

The process of finding a car and completing the deal was straightforward. I particularly appreciated the time taken by the sales team (David Taylor) to discuss my individual requirements, and to facilitate test-drives of different models to enable me to finalize my choice.

You fixed the warranty replacement part and two other issues that I raised, even keeping the car overnight to ensure you could correctly identify where the noises were coming from within the car - so that's good. Also Alex at the dealership was very professional and courteous - so that is also good. However - trying to phone your number during the day to get an update on the work often resulted in several minutes delay before someone picked up - which is very frustrating. Also we were told the car had been washed which was true - but it had been done badly. Whilst these are relatively minor issues given you fixed the problems with the car, Audi is a premium brand and I paid a lot of money for the car - so I expect a premium service, whether it's washing the car or answering the phone.
