I would have given it 5 starts apart from the fact that I asked for a waiting appointment - I even had to reschedule for another week. When I got to the dealership I was told I had to wait 2 and half hours cause of a software upgrade. While I appreciate it all getting done - surely this could have been told to me before I got to the dealership. I had to leave my wife with our 4 week old baby for nearly 3 hours

Always a great experience! Staff are friendly and helpful, the wait lounge is really well set up for working while you wait. Always professional and reliable. I travel over 60 miles just to come to Guildford Audi for my services because it’s that good!
