You fixed the warranty replacement part and two other issues that I raised, even keeping the car overnight to ensure you could correctly identify where the noises were coming from within the car - so that's good. Also Alex at the dealership was very professional and courteous - so that is also good. However - trying to phone your number during the day to get an update on the work often resulted in several minutes delay before someone picked up - which is very frustrating. Also we were told the car had been washed which was true - but it had been done badly. Whilst these are relatively minor issues given you fixed the problems with the car, Audi is a premium brand and I paid a lot of money for the car - so I expect a premium service, whether it's washing the car or answering the phone.
