I checked in online but I needed to speak to someone to book the car in as it was a complex issue, not just a regular service There was also some history that needed to be taken in to account The car went in for a repair, which turned out to be more complex and the car stayed in the garage for much longer than expected, the staff were good at keeping me informed and resolved the issue, I travel from central London to have my car serviced and worked at Guildford Audi as they are consistently good

I find that the staff are so very helpful and polite. Everyone goes out of their way to make the wait as comfortable as they can. Always find the staff at Lookers Audi in Guildford so polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. Marisa is a delightful service point contact who confidently dealt with my questions and ensured I was comfortable and cared for during my period within the lounge waiting for my service to be completed.

Very easy, straight forward process

All very smooth. Only complaint I do have is I had to wait ages for an appointment where you picked up the car. Employ more drivers!
