Whilst at the showroom I can’t fault the service. Getting my valuation of my car took longer than suggested.

I have shopped around a lot, I have spoken to car sales people all over the country and by a country mile the best has been Jidu Ravi. I did not end up making a purchase at Guildford Audi as I found a car more local to me with a Marshall dealership. However, I would like to thank Jidu Ravi for the excellent support she provided. As a director of my own business, I was extremely impressed with Jidu, its hard getting good staff these days and feel she is a huge asset to Lookers Guildford.

I was looking at two used cars. I contacted David Taylor, salesmen. David was very professional and kept me updated. He gave me time to reflect without being overly forceful for a sale. It was unfortunate the two cars I was interested in are now sold but that was my fault for taking my time. I would purchase a car from Audi Guildford.

Responsive and straight forward

I contacted Guildford Audi about a new car being advertised on Autotrader and was dealt with by George Corner. He was extremely helpful and answered all my queries. We reached a satisfactory price for the car but when I obtained the same from a dealer located nearer to me I had to accept the convenience. In view of George’s help I was sorry not to order from Guildford.
